Overview
We stand behind the quality of the learning experience at NHPREP by NetworkersHome. To let you buy with confidence, we offer a 7-day refund window on new paid subscriptions, subject to the conditions described below.
Refund window
You may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date on which your subscription is activated (the “activation date”). Requests received after the seventh day will not be eligible, irrespective of usage.
Conditions
To qualify for a refund, all of the following must be true:
- The request is made within the 7-day window from activation.
- You have watched less than 20% of the total video runtime available in your subscription. We can measure this accurately through our progress-tracking system.
- Your account is in good standing — not suspended for a Terms-of-Service breach, and not associated with a disputed or reversed payment.
Usage of labs, quizzes, blog articles, downloadable resources, and AI mock interviews does not count towards the 20% video-runtime threshold. Only streamed video playback is measured.
How to request a refund
To submit a refund request, email us with the following details:

Refund request — [your order ID] - Body: the registered email address on your account, the Razorpay order or payment ID, the date of purchase, and a brief reason for the refund.
Please send the request from the same email address that you used to register your NHPREP account. This lets us confirm identity quickly and process your request without avoidable delays.
Processing timeline
- Acknowledgement: we acknowledge every refund request within two (2) working days.
- Decision: we review eligibility against the conditions above and communicate our decision, ordinarily within three (3) working days of acknowledgement.
- Refund issue: if approved, we instruct Razorpay to initiate the refund within seven (7) working days. Refunds are always issued to the original payment instrument.
- Bank posting: once initiated, your bank or card issuer may take an additional three (3) to five (5) working days to credit the refund to your account. Delays at the issuer are outside our control.
Voucher redemptions
Access granted through a voucher code — for example, vouchers issued to NetworkersHome classroom students or partner institutions — is non-refundable. This is consistent with industry practice for free or subsidised access and does not affect your rights under applicable consumer-protection law in respect of paid purchases.
Subscription auto-renewal
Our subscriptions do not auto-renew. Access ends automatically on day 365 from activation unless you actively purchase a new subscription before or after that date. You will not be charged again without explicitly initiating a new transaction.
Service disruptions
If a failure attributable to NHPREP prevents you from accessing the core service for more than seven (7) consecutive days, you may request a pro-rata refund or, at our discretion, an equivalent extension of your subscription term. This does not apply to:
- Planned maintenance windows announced in advance.
- Disruptions caused by third parties outside our reasonable control (for example, network outages at your ISP, browser or device issues, your local power outages).
- Events of force majeure, including natural calamities, government action, and widespread internet infrastructure failures.
Fraudulent chargebacks
If a payment is reversed through a chargeback or bank dispute without first contacting us to seek a refund, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the associated account, retain transactional evidence, and take further action as permitted by law. Please email us first — we resolve the vast majority of concerns directly and quickly.
