We run NHPREP as a lean, remote-first team so we can keep prices honest and ship improvements quickly. Email is therefore our primary channel: it’s asynchronous, it leaves a record, and it lets us route your message to the right person without making you wait on hold.

Response times
- General support: we aim to reply within one to two working days.
- Critical payment or access issues: typically handled within hours during the Indian working day.
- Grievance complaints: acknowledged within seventy-two (72) hours and resolved within thirty (30) days, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- Refund requests: processed per our Refund Policy — acknowledged within two working days, refund initiated within seven working days after approval.
Business hours
NHPREP operates remotely and does not have fixed in-person hours. Our team is predominantly based in India and is most responsive during standard Indian working hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00–19:00 IST). Email is monitored outside these hours too, and urgent payment or access issues are handled as quickly as possible regardless of the clock.
